IMTA Terms
Whilst IMTA have adopted The Incoterms © 2010 as the basis of their Terms of Trade, they are not intended to cover every commercial arrangement reached between individual buyers and sellers. It is therefore recommended that any company using the IMTA terms should review their own agreements to ensure that all contractual requirements, including price and payment terms, are properly documented and accepted by both parties.
